I have some 2010 55 RC3 ti's and recently the QR20 bolt seems to be having an issue.
Once screwed into the fork nice and snug, the cammed QR lever exerts no pressure at all when closed and just falls open again.
On a maxle, you just tighten up the nut at the end, but there no such adjustment on the QR20.
Any ideas?
had this on a brand new set of 44 mirco switch ta with the qr 15, around the qr lever there is a very small Allen grub screw, loosen this off, I had to heat with a hair dryer as it has thread lock on. when this is loose get a long 5mm? Allen key and tighten the bolt that is down inside the axle shaft, do it a bit then try in the fork and repeat if needed.
first one I did I didn't notice the grub screw and snapped the bolt!
