Mornin' all.
My commuter seems to be knocking at the top of every stroke, i can feel it through the pedal on the drive side, it doesn't knock when freewheeling or when pedaling backwards. Any idea what this could be?
Shimano Sora Chainset with HT2 bottom bracket.
P.S no dark side content despite the chainset set up! It's a Bianchi MTB.

Cheers guys. Clean, degrease and repack or just replace?

Remove it and check for play ir if the bearings are worn. If a regrease doesn't sort it you'll need a new one. Also check your RH pedal as it could also be the spindle/bearings there
