I know this has been done plenty of times before but ive just moved into a rented house and wondered which insurance is the best to cover your bike under as well? i previously has m and s but ive heard that they have changed there ploicey on bikes over 4k?

Look at your documents? If you've had M&S before and just change the address your cover shouldn't change. It has been gradually worsening though, and is less competitive these days.
If you don't have insurance at all presently then Direct Line Select seem to get the nod presently.
