Does anyone have any recent experience sending their BOS equipment back to Surf Sales for support?

When I last used them in June, they still hadn't been supplied with the relevant tools by BOS

Surf Sales for UK, Elk for Ireland (spoke to Surf Sales the other day)

We're servicing Devilles and VipRs now too ๐Ÿ˜‰

Parts supply for BOS to distributors seems to be a bit of an issue at the moment...

Hmm - that seems to be gone from the Mad Elk site now, was certainly there before.

I don't know what the deal is with Surf Sales, tbh.

Loco - how many clicks rebound should a Vip'R have? Mine has 20-ish, manual says 30.

Hmm. so 20-28 clicks, then. ๐Ÿ™‚

Wonder if they've changed over time, mine was a very early one.

When you say 'at the moment' do you actually mean 'since time began'?

Loco - it doesn't bother me as i never use it but my TRC doesn't seem to do anything and hasn't since I bought them (2nd hand) is there an easy fix or is it not that obvious from one mode to the other?

Thanks for the feedback all

Loco - do you have enough spares to service some 2013 TLC Devilles?

I agree with that. It's now into the 3rd month that I haven't had my Vip'R because of parts supply from BOS. ๐Ÿ˜ฏ ๐Ÿ‘ฟ
