Just had an email from a friend that IMBA is now a company limited by guarantee, apparently affiliated clubs (and individuals?) may be at risk for £1 if it folds.
Does anyone know if there is ANY risk that the liability could be more than that? Would hate to see clubs penalised if the worst happens.
