...and riding on the road is the darkside. Then what is track riding?

given many track riders compete on the road and none [ to my knowledge] in an other bike sport then, i would say, it is dark side

Em nope – here's how it works

Road riding - the way of the Jedi
Track riding - the way of the dizzy Jedi
Fixie riding - the clone army before it went all dark side on unsuspecting Jedi butt
BMX- the way of the Hutt (looks mean at first but ultimately doesn't achieve much)
MTB - is what happens when Obi Wan becomes Old Ben Kenobe
Downhill - defo dark side-aligned, but not in a super evil way. Maybe the equivalent of Peter Cushing in the Death Star
Panniers and other abominations - Supremo dark side with mustard

Sorted.

Flashy, nah tandem is the ultimate Sith:

For didn't Yoda say of the Sith:

"Always two, there are. No more, no less. A master, and an apprentice."

He did.

I checked it. It's in the Phantom Menace. So there.

Sith lords:

I always thought of it as more Ewoks than dark-side.

Stoker can definitely make out the Death Star from where he's sitting, too:
