looking for some idea's for a weeks tour in france/germany/holland/denmark/any of them.
nice and easy, not hilly. any idea's?
TJ and his Mrs did a low countries tour. He should be able to point you in the right direction.
As Druidh says we had a great tour round the netherlands. Great cycle path network including a scenic network of routes as well as a direct set of routes. Food a bit crap tho.
We really enjoyed it and being a small country you can see a fair amount of it in a week even - we went for two and also you can get trains easily if you get stuck.
Its an odd place tho
Pics to whet your appetite email me if you want more info

Guy I worked with did the Canal
du Midi. Runs from Bordeaux to the Med.
Obviously being France, food is good.
He used a UK based "bike bus" to get to/from France and they dropped him off at start and picked up at finish a couple of weeks later and then brought him back to the UK. Can't recall the name. Sorry.

I don't know the full length but it certainly goes through some very nice countryside.
Wikipedia has it at 385km which sounds like a leisurely week.
