Not bothered as I'm seasoned an know what to do with pressures etc but:

a) Shock pressure prior to blown nitrogen seal / service by TfT = 155

b) TfT recommended shock pressure = 200

c) Shock pressure after service by TfT and a couple of rides = 155

How could a crew like TfT be so wrong? With 200 psi I was getting 1/2 travel *shakes head*....

What sag does the TFT recommended pressure give? If their pressure gives 25% ish sag, then yes..your mincing, if it's hardly any to non then it's wrong, or you fibbed when they asked how much you weigh...
Edit, although you'd have to have fibbed yourself fatter to be that far out..

See I tend to ignore them and go for my own preference anyway. I like soft sus, and don't care if the bike blows through its travel a few times a ride.

No, its definately wrong - it gave about 5% Sag. FWIW I gave them all the correct detail.

I ride mine with 30% Sag and propedal set to "1" which gives me 95% travel over the duration of my "normal" trails...

And like ADH I like soft comfy FS

Am I the only one who read that as "I ride mince with 30% Sag..."?

30% sag sat on bike, 90% travel when I bounce up and down like a loon. Job done.
