How do you maintain tubeless on 3 different bikes ?
With 6 tyres its so easy for it to go unnoticed if one dries out
Is there an easy way of doing it ?

Do them all at the same time, every 6 months.

I think no beer has the best answer. One sweary afternoon every six months.

You could try my more haphazard approach of topping them up when you can't remember when you last did it and tomorrow night is that ghastly thorn ridden route ...

Top up spread sheet on ours. They are all topped up on a regular basis with Stans. New tyres go onto the sheet. Keep tracks on the wheels rather than the bike they are on at the time.
Been doing it for years this way.
Only way to be certain with four of us riding. Every six months

Better apply for the second mortgage now in readiness for the next lot of sealant that is required.

Never given it any thought, just do it if I notice there’s an issue. 8 pairs of tubeless wheels under my supervision, all in reasonably regular use.

Certainly no spreadsheets...

I give the wheel a shake, if I can't hear sealant I top it up.

Wait till the tyre goes soft between rides. Add sealant.

You could always get one of those little single serving bottles of sealant and carry it with you. That way you can top it up out on the trail if it has gone dry.

Sealant drying out isn't a huge issue, it's done the main job shortly after application, the difference i see with the newer sealant is it seems to last longer, a decade ago you would open up the tyre and see the remnants of a glue factory inside, it would take ages to clean and reapply, now every time i replace it's discoloured, but not requiring an hour of cleaning.

Why sweary? You don't have to remove it, just undo the valve, top up and re-inflate.

I don't think you have to remove dried sealant either. It's mostly water, the solid residue doesn't weight much. Probably less than the amount of rubber you've lost off the knobbles in that time I reckon.

Also you can get an idea of how much sealant is left by taking the wheel off, letting it stand for a few mins to let the sealant run to the bottom, then pick it up and shake it back and forth. You can hear it slosh.

Tyre changes at season/condition changes, only time I've had sealant dry out the tyres have been abused on trips away so needed changing after anyway. Even if a bike isn't getting that much use tyres normally get changed and most of the jizz gets reused.

Maybe skid on tarmac more, your old tyres have probably past their best...

Only just started with tubeless and that was my plan, some of the earlier posts had me worried.

Though I'm not entirely sure how to judge how much sealant I need in each tyre - 26x2.2, 700x38, 700x30.....

I have a sheet for each of the bikes I keep a record of everything thats done and when. Makes it easy to see.

Tripster with 2 set of wheels, plus 2 mtbs, all tubeless. How do I maintain them..? Interesting question. Topped up the gravel wheels today as one was going flat... erm, topped up the front wheel on the full sus a few weeks back cos changed the tyre. That’s about my method.

I have the milKit system on all my tubeless bikes, give the wheel a shake, if it sounda bit low stick the syringe in through the valve, suck out the liquid, have a look at what state it's in and either stick it back in or replace it, all without taking the tyre off.

Makes switching tyres much less painful as well, as you can remove the sealant before you crack the tyre open and then inject it into the new one after you've mounted it 'dry.'

If I'm not sure I just stick a pin in the tyre and then if it doesn't stay up (overnight say) I'll top it up the next day. Not completely foolproof obvs, but I haven't been caught out yet.
