How's he Rourke cheers drive? Looks lovely. Thinking about one in a year or two.
The Rourke is lovely - although much all new bike purchases no ride is ever as good as the first one on it. I still smile when I open the garage and see it and I don't tire of the admiring comments (usually from older riders).
+ 1 for my Puffin
Beginning to lose the will to live with it - originally expected it in Feb, but also expected some delays....
Have been advised that they 'may' land in the country next week
All shiney bits have landed - but they need something to hang of
Have been planning an epic weeks adventure in the Highlands in early June, so currently getting a bit nervous and laying down contingency plans of buying another frame if the Puffin doesn't arrive in the next 14 days 🙁
Rusty Shackleford
Could be worse, I'm waiting on a YT Capra that won't be with me until mid August, that will be bright green. I'd much prefer a stealth/black option but YT don't really do subtle.
Canyon Spectral 29. Ordered in November, shipped yesterday. Tracking says it has passed through Brussels, should arrive next Wednesday. Hope the weather holds - got some big rides planned.
I'm waiting on my youngest finish nursery.
18 months until new bike time....
Waiting for Specialized to drop the price of the Camber Evo - fat chance methinks.
Waiting on a Mach 5.7 but can't complain as only ordered it on Tuesday...
Any day now ... 🙂
Waiting for a Rooster.
Not too bothered about the wait, plenty of other things to occupy me in the meantime. Like deciding which colour to ask for. And wondering what to do about wheels.
Oh, and for a different perspective MSP, I'm looking at it as a group buy of something that might have been a bit risky to put into production without sufficient numbers committing up front to buy. A fairly typical kickstarter project, in other words.
I was about to place an order for a 650b Remedy when my LBS swayed me with this, it had just arrived in the shop and I couldn't resist! 🙂 no waiting for me

Im waiting for nothing new. I am waiting for my medium Nomad to sell and then a large aluminum mk2 Nomad with a 1.5" headtube to come up for sale! They are so rare as a frame only for the last few months but there was loads in the winter months!
On the same plate, I doubt its going to take me 18 months to find one! 😆
That stumpy looks great. The blue alloy one however looks awful.
Hope headset then Carbine lightweight weapon can be unleashed on them Manx hills
Over 2 months aaaaaaaAAAAAAAARGGGGGGH!!!!!! The pain
Waiting for my On One 4560b. Been waiting a few weeks now as I am buying it through a cycle to work scheme. Firstly my voucher disappears into the internet ether and I lose my place in the build queue and now that its all sorted On One are now out of stock of the forks and waiting on a delivery.
And I really, really want my bike!
Once I've been for my fitting later this month, a Rourke 953 road bike. Should be around October ish before I get it.
Frame is now in the country. Woot!
Ordered this when "in stock"
Email from Canyon UK saying it was shipping.
<24 hours later an email from Canyon saying due to demand it was going to be another two weeks but hopefully on its way next week.
Also just finished building this last week. Liteville 301 MK11

Planet X pro carbon, just got the 'item shipped' email.. 😀
Mrs Binners just texted me to say there's a big package just arrived from Planet X. I had to have a good think about what it was I'd actually ordered, as I'd completely forgotten I'd bought anything at all. Turns out its new Merino stuff 😀 Quite modest compared to all this lot. But then I have just finished building this thing, which involved quite a few parcels arriving over the past couple of weeks…..
It was meant to be a straight rebuild after a powder coat on the frame. But I got a bit carried away. In the end, the only original part that went back on the frame was……
the seat clamp 😳
Does that mean it's just left china natrix? 😉
I hate waiting! The only thing making it easier is it gives my leg injury a couple of weeks to heal before I try and injure it again.
Currently waiting for the insurers to payout on my stolen Five.
Once they sort themselves out I can order myself a nice new Niner WFO.
Just need to decide on blue or red..... Hmmmm.
Womp: I am full of hatred and jealousy.
Does that mean it's just left china natrix?
Slow boat from China?? I do hope not...... 🙁
8 weeks for an On-One 45650b on the cyclescheme, waiting on forks apparently. It better be the best bike I've ever ridden, ;0)
Just ordered a 650b Heckler, four week wait for the frame to get to the UK. Grrrrrrrrrrr! Oh well!
[8 weeks for an On-One 45650b on the cyclescheme, waiting on forks apparently. It better be the best bike I've ever ridden, ;0)]
Same here.
It's no fun 🙁
*gets all light headed at the sight of crell's lawn*

No Cotic Rockets mentioned yet?....
Just beaten to it by tangoman, but I'm still keeping the faith (either that or I'm just to stubborn for my own good - had ALL the parts ready to hang off it since August last year)
Just heard something on the grapevine that's got me excited again.
And 'seen' something even more interesting...
this bad boy arriving tuesday 😀 [img] [/img]
now it may be a bit er unusual 😉 but have been given this guitar by a chap called jookychap (a huge thank you to him for his kindness 😀
it's going to have a set of 13-68 fitted and tuned A to A baritone style.
am just over the moon with it tbh 😀
*gets all light headed at the sight of crell's lawn*
Ah Tom, to you it's a "lawn", to me it's grass. I know this forum has standards but it's next to a wood. I quite like it like that (I don't live on a new build housing estate) 🙂
Here, give yourself a coronary...

What have you seen and heard? Can you share?
Rather not - it was all a bit unofficial, but is in the public domain if you look in the right places. You might reasonably guess though, that the Escapade and Soul 27.5 aren't the only new bikes Cy has been working on.
Barring any further unforeseen delays in setting up the new joint venture manufacturing, all things Cotic are looking REALLY interesting again.
OK, thanks. Really hoping the June date sticks.
Waiting for puffin and have totally lost the will to live 👿
Last update 13 th April boat on the way supposedly, is it going via the moon?????? 👿
Allegedly codeines land on monday ,to be dispatched God(Brant) knows when.Although I only parted with the money a few weeks ago I've been waiting since I sold my yelli in november. To be honest I'm completely over it and will in all honesty am unlikely to get round to actually building it up any time soon.....(but I can't be arsed cancelling it now).
😕
From the Cotic twitter feed on 1st of May
"The team are riding 29er Prototypes, but they're a long way from production..."
Just ordered a Giant TCX SLR 2 which was supposidly out of stock.
Kind of given up as showing no stock the last month.
Checked yesterday and large was showing back in stock!
Ordered this morning and only a two week wait.
Don't need it till September but something to play with early if it turns up!
"The team are riding 29er Prototypes, but they're a long way from production..."
There's a pic around. They look very 'right'. The green colour is spot on.
Anyone know if they are going to be an XC /Trail 29er (Gyro/T129) or a longer travel hooligan bike (Five29/Codeine)?
Well the Cotic Enduro duo are using it, so I would say more towards the latter.
My Canyon ultimate slx frame arrived today :-)taking my scott out for a final ride tonight before the big stripdown and rebuild. 😀
I have everything for the 29er race bike mentioned earlier apart from the rear axle and mech hanger 👿 FOD Full Boar sunday too 😯
I'm waiting for the bits to finish my track bike, before I take it for its inaugral spin on Saturday morning. New tyres, pedals and a smaller sprocket. Or rather - they've arrived, but I'm not home yet.
I'm quite worried that they'll tell me the bike breaks some regulation or other though and I can't use it.
I'll be heading to my LBS at the end of the week to pick up the final parts for my Whyte 29-C build, can't wait to get started 😀
Waiting as of this morning for a 650b Nomad frame to show up 😀 Looking like a 5-6 week wait 😥
Refinished bits in the mail... Then hubs and rims to icycles so they can become wheels. And that's the final bit, apart from the stickers and they'll bide. Counting down...
Welcome to the club rick! (Bit of an update, invisiframe are now back and have my frame, so hopefully not too much longer!)
As of Monday, waiting on a chrome Canfield Nimble 9. I believe they have just arrived at US customs from Taiwan, then they have to go to Canfield (Bellingham, Washington, between Vancouver and Seattle), then ship over the pond to CTBM and on to me.
How long oh lord how loooooooooonggggg!
Flyxii frame and fork ordered at the end of April.
English BB frame as ordered out of stock until 30th May...no, I don't want to change my order to a BB30 frame thanks 🙄
Wouldn't be too bad except I sold the frame & fork it's replacing on Monday... tick tock tick tock
nosaintangel - I hate you as well.
All bits arrived and Coatsey came up today to finish the build for me ready for the weekend 😀

Delivery date on CRC for mag v12 has now moved from 15/05/14 to 03/06/14...gutted...but not unexpected. Has anyone ever actually received an email from CRC to say they have actual stock of something when you sign up to their notification service. I know I haven't.
I've been waiting just over two weeks for my first full susser to arrive. Its been the longest two weeks of my life! 3-4 days delivery they said! pfft.
Still its looks to be worth the wait! I hope!
http://www.cube.eu/uk/bikes/fullsuspension/fritzz/fritzz-160-hpa-pro-275/
Worse than waiting is knowing I have 2 bikes in boxes sat in the UK whilst I'm away for another 7 weeks in Morzine 🙁
The foxy and the zerode will have to wait!
P7 frame - when it arrives, I'll then order a SS-specific dropout from Orange, and other parts...
My wait is over WOHOOOOO. Stay strong people whatever your waiting for will be well worthwhile.
Me too.Codeine on bloody well arrived.
First thoughts.
1.It's smurf blue
2.It's so heavy it's created a gravity well and is bending the light.
3.I'm either racing, training or working for the next 6 weeks so it'll live in it's box again for a while.
I have Surly Troll on the way, looking forward to the build and riding it.
Frame is here! Now to Icycles with the hubs and rims. Shock should come back tomorrow, I can build it with the wrong wheels then but I might wait til I can do it right...
Still no Puffin's sighted 🙁
^^^ ther be a crack in that frame sonny.. 😉
I'm waiting on my TCX Advance1 having the sodding SRAM brakes recalled and fitted..

oh FFS flickr is shit now
anyway my avalanche modded dhx air finally turned up yesterday, along with my LB 35mm rims
the shock is on my bike in preparation for the QECP night time enduro tomorrow and the rims are off to the LBS after work hopefully built up in time for UKGE rd 2 next weekend!
Just got the 'your bike is being built' email from canyon so am eating a load of chocolate to celebrate and offset any weight savings the bike might give me.
nearly there, wee trip to crc tonight to pick up a new chain and a gear inner, tyres are probably overkill too and the haven bar will most likely be swapped for something flat
(garden is under construction.............)

I pre ordered my banshee phantom yesterday :), July apparently although it will not get built until September.
On One now have the forks in stock! Yay! Build queue is now 21 days and I am not even in the build queue yet. Boo!
I expected to have a build date by now seeing as the forks were in at the start of the week. Big BOO!
I just brought a Slackline and now the 2/3 week build can't pass quick enough.
Today, hopefully I pick up my first NEW bike since 1984. Pics to follow 🙂
I'm still waiting on SRAM issuing the replacement hydro brakes for my very unused TCX Advance1..
It'll have gone mouldy by the time I get it back on the trails 😐
Did you not get the mechanical replacements 'while you're waiting'?
How does it work with buying a full build online (with no changes to spec)?
Are the bikes waiting to go or do they need to be built/checked prior to despatch?

Any pics of the finished product?
Adding to the topic, 1 week in to an approx 8 week wait for a Soul 275.
Patience has never been my strong point and I now have daily wheel size debates in my head. Oh, those poor kittens!!
Demo 9 carbonz. Was meant to be here last week. Now I've gotta collect..
Ordered a Scott Scale Contessa earlier this week for my wife, 27.5 wheels as well, hmm fun. Hopefully here in a week or so.
Waiting on a Ribble R872 since last Monday; as long as its in my sweaty palms before I go on holiday in 16 days I will be happy, if its not I will have a bottom lip you could use as a diving board.
Well, my wait is over 🙂
