Is it the same conversion kit to go from 20mm to 15mm as from QR to 15mm (on the pro 2 front hub)

I've not got a 15mm kit but havew swapped from QR to 20 so I think you should be fine which ever way you're swapping.
It will just be the diameter of the hole for the axle that is different

Aye. As far as I'm aware, none of the kits use any bits from the other so its just a case of fitting the new adaptors to the hub body (no matter what was fitted there previously).

You just pull the end caps out and put the new ones in, doesn't matter whether you're going from 15mm to 20mm or normal QR.
