Has anyone had any luck getting support from garmin? have been unable to access anything other than the dashboard page on "My Garmin" since early December. Contacted them and said there had been an error when doing updates but that was it. Have had nothing from them since despite several emails. Don't want to lose all my data so reluctant to try anything without speaking to Garmin. Getting a bit annoyed with them by now.
I phoned them when I destroyed my screen in an OTB incident. They were helpful and quick from what I remember but that was about three years ago now. Have you tried calling them?
Smashed my 500 first ride out they took it back and sent a re-fired one out in less than a week so I rate them! Use the on line email form on the web site.
