Crisp fresh air, no bugger around, starting in darkness this morning, lapland forest scenes (Mendip really), freshly cleared trails, fast rolling, no mud and the grip! My god, the grip!
Fantastic riding through this cold spell. It's been so freezer-dried out on the trails I've been coming back with the bike covered in dust!
Sorry no pictures - too busy grinning like a fool!
Roll on sub zero winters (I wish)

I would have loved to have joined you this morning but had family stuff on; been out riding locally last week though - brill! Hope to see you up there soon
