indieVelo is becoming Training Peaks Virtual and will therefore be subscription based from next year.
I know some on here have been using it as a free alternative to Zwift. My interpretation is that it will be included in your Training Peaks sub, so should be "free" for those already paying that.

It'll stay free through this winter though, so I'll keep using it and make a decision what to do next year
I've been using it for a few months, but chose to pay the subs to help with the development, plus whatever perks there may be when they started charging for it (plus cheaper than Zwift). Waiting to see how this works for me.
Looking forward to this, long time TP Premium subscriber and WKO user...just need them to finalise the AppleTV support.
Sucks a bit for those currently using it for free, but that was never sustainable longer term.

I'm over the price rise now, and back on Zwift 🙂 Still some pretty big numbers on the Tour of Watopia rides at the moment, so I'd guess... not much impact!
Zwift need a tiered subscription, so you only pay top for ‘premium’ features.
Or maybe they don’t and do alright anyway, always plenty on there.

Had a pop earlier, underwhelmed and frustrated but that’s more down to hardware issues trying to screen mirror from an iPhone XR
Potential though, hopefully the AppleTV app will address most of the issues I had.

Has anyone got the TrainingPeaks app to work? Tried on 2 laptops (one with IndieVelo working fine) and it gets to 100% initializing and freezes.
I think you need to run it as admin the first time, don't know the specifics but seems a common thing from posts on the FB group.
Right click on the icon and select run as administrator assuming you're on PC

Thanks for that, coincidently installed it on the laptop yesterday and had this issue. Can confirm that this resolved it.
Ran it from the iPad last night, initial thoughts all seem good (My Zwift annual plan expires start December).
Works running the TrainingPeak app as admin, but still need to do this after the first time. IndieVelo runs fine as non-admin. I'll keep doing this until they fix it.
Erg worked tonight but HR wouldn’t connect…think I may park this until AppleTV is sorted as I don’t really want to waste time dealing with gremlins when I ought to be training.
Oh and it’s not populating Garmin, minor annoyance…can update it manually via fit files but it doesn’t seem to register any training load. Not a big deal but would be nice if it worked.
