I've got this: http://www.foxracingshox.com/bike/09/forks/32_TALAS/140_RLC fork with a postmount fitting and own a Magura Marta IS front caliper (180mm i think as it fitted to my Pike with a 180mm rotor without adapters).

How do i get it to fit?

is one of these: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/m/cycle/7/A2Z/ the only solution? if so which one?

* or anyone got a Magura Marta postmont front caliper in black for sale??? *

Ta

i use this one http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/A2Z_Adapter_IS_to_PM_To_Keep_160mm/5360033036/ on my post mount fox talas with my 180mm hope caliper (its same as yours i think as i dont need adaptors to use on a 180 rotor) and it works fine mate

Double check its a 180mm brake/rotor not 183 or 185 then buy the correct size post mount to is adaptor.

mebbe just an Avid thing - the roung concave / convex washers to "aid" alignment - pain in the arse - looks like they're not required on my set up

Sorry, my bad. I was reading brackets as fork to caliper rather than caliper to fork.

Firetarter. that has just solved a problem for me (got IS caliper on a PM fork currently running 180 disc but on a carbon WW build) I didn't think you could get an adapter that maintained 160 with IS caliper on PM studs

TA!

snot working 😥

i've tried

http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/produ ... pter_160mm

n

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=21525

but it seems that because my caliper is 180 it keeps the caliper off of the disc

🙁
