I have a set of LX dual control shifters on my bike. The RH shifter has stopped working, it only has 3 clicks rather than the 8 it had the other day so I assume that part of them has worn out.
I know that LX dual control shifters are available and are also quite cheap but I want to replace them with separate gear and brake levers and to keep my existing calipers and brake cables if possible.
Does anybody know if these levers:

or

would work with my LX calipers?

Thanks for the help,
Allan

You have hydraulic discs presumably? In which case yes, either will be fine, or SLX, or XT, or XTR should the mood take you.

All Shimano disc brake levers are compatible with all Shimano disc brake calipers.

Cool thanks for the help. Yes these are hydraulic. Does servo wave make a difference - or is this controlled within the calipers not the levers?

No, the levers, means the power ramps up the harder you squeeze the lever, meant to be very good. XT levers are often regarded as the best if you want to push your budget a bit further.
