Whats the best method to drill out a valve hole? I want to make a presta only rim big enough for a schreader valve.
I've not got a vice so hold between legss??
Also do I use a smaller diameter drill and wiggle it in the hole to make it bigger or the correct size and just wang it through it... ?
What diameter drill should I use?

8mm I seem to remember. Just whack it through and then deburr it with a file.
