[Closed] CRC Order processing for 2 days

i agree.
two days processing but then the order shows up at your door.
Emails take a day to be answered.
nothing really bad, but just not quite as sharp as they used to be.

I've phoned them twice in the last few days, and got through within a minute or two, was very pleasantly surprised as it's taken AGES in the past. Had three or four orders shipped & delivered v.quick inthe last few days too - two day delivery to Ireland, compared to the normal three.

I've got a few orders I placed yesterday with various places -
Merlin Cycles - shipped
Wiggle - shipped
Woollyhatshop - shipped
CRC - processing

I wonder which one is the weak link which will delay everything? I should have know better based on recent experience.

I started a thread sometime ago about CRC, what was once a great company with good prices, good service and very quick delivery. No longer I am afraid. I use Merlin now they are excellent.

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived yet– we know how much of an inconvenience this can be.  Royal Mail 1st Class is a very reliable service but delays can occur. 

Because its still "processing" 🙄

I bought some items sunday night with my birthday money by today still processing, so i emailed them one item was out of stock holding the other bits up so they cancelled that and refunded me and the item has now shipped. The thing is the said item is still showing as in stock on their website!

i bought some bars on the 28/02/12 just checked my crc account and they are still proccesing. i did receive them on 02/03/12 though
maybe i'll get another set

stuff ordered tue, arrived today. 40% of full rrp. still cant fault em.

I've got to e-mail them, ordered some stuff Sunday night all items in stock and haven't heard nothing since 🙁

It's an outrage!

Give it six months until fixed in that case
