Worn out the Praxis BB in my road bike, no complaints as it has lasted over 6000 miles, but wandered if i could just change the bearings, not the whole BB?
I had the bearings changed in mine when it was in for a service. I think it invalidates any warranty but not really an issue.
Yes, you can, but it invalidates the warranty. i did have an interesting discussion on this - namely that bearings aren't a warranty item, they're wear and tear. So as long as you leave them in the warranty's valid but it's F'all use, so hardly likely to then go wrong when it's sat in the dustbin (or if you're like me, in that limbo between spares box and dustbin) and hence you won't need the warranty......
