My boss fancies a new bike for his 50th birthday, something the STW massive would be proud of. He's after a full suspension bike, around the 130-140mm mark, with a bit of a deal on it. So far he's mentioned a SC Blur, Pace FS frame, Trek 9.0 carbon, all available at bargain prices. He's a xc whippet so suits something light and fast. His present bike is a Cannondale Scapel, his riding buddies have things like Ellsworth and Turners. Any ideas? Any good deals out there on Medium frames? Could do my appraisal some good if I find him the perfect bike!

Have seen 2008 Cannondale Rize's in the sales at a few places. More likely to get a discount on an 08 full bike than you are a custom built bike if you get me.
Might be some bargains on last years frames to consider - money no object, something like an XTR'd Turner Flux might be up his street?
