Any experiences?
Will they refund postage as my bargain Vans Gravels have started falling apart.

The delivery usually comes with a returns label, which I thought is valid for any postal service in EU.
I had no issues returning one item (had missing parts), although that was within Germany. Drop them and email and they tell you what to do (and probably send you a label too).

I bought a pair of XTR pedals from them two years ago. The drive-side pedal failed last May. Bike24 asked for the defective pair back and sent me a new pair after about 2 weeks of receiving them.
