Hi,
Looking for a good B&B near Penmachno suitable for bikers and close to the trails, can anyone recommend one?
Ideally it would have good bike lock up/washing facilities and serve up a mean full english!
There would be 3 of us going so would need to share the same room to keep costs down.
Any ideas?

There's one in Penmachno called the Eagles bunkhouse. It's a real ale pub which also does food
Betws-y-coed is just around the corner too. Though I'd go with the above if possible, better to give the villagers your hard earned, isn't that partly why the trail was built...?

Since when has the Eagles done food? Always been just beer when I've been. Be good if it did mind.

The Eagles. They did food a few years ago, but stopped. You can do your own food as the bunkhouse has a well equipped kitchen/dining room.
+4 eagles. Nice and friendly pub, if a bit small. Good storage for bikes, excellent dry room for no doubt soaking shoes, socks etc, clean and comfortable rooms, great kitchen which you can heat up your take aways in, and most important, great booze (although no Jager :evil:)
Wifi is free and good signal, its the only way to make calls on yuor phone (voip) as there is no signal - except a small square on the road by church!
