My headset bearing from the lower cup is marked 51.9mm 45/45. I want to replace it with a Chris King or maybe Cane Creek unit, but both are marked 52mm 45/45.
Is it the same size?

I had the same issue.... Wasn't sure of the size I needed even after measuring with calipers and Bought what I thought was a standard a 52mm canecreak and it just wouldn't fit. Ended up getting some obscure headset bearing for a Trek that was 51.8 or something...
Theres lots of 51.9's about though...
