[#10651304]

Hadn't seen a thread for this this weekend so thought I'd start one! I had a pretty good ride at FoD on Saturday, last one before I go in for some minor knee surgery which means I'll be off the bike for 6 weeks or so (hopefully no longer). I've been honing my video editing and colour correction skills, let me know what you think!

Saturday we went over Cutgate from Langsett end. Wanted to fine tune the new Stumpy build and apart from a bit less rebound and lengthening the dropper inner cable it was spot on. Plenty of riders out and was still fairly dry on top

Sunday was up above Derwent for a 3/4 family ride. The other 1/4 was up at Fort William
Think we had better weather in the Peak

I've never been to the Peaks but some of the routes there look so good Tracey! Big fan of the rocky stuff in your pictures.

Well worth the visit. In the 30 odd years I've been mountain biking, and riding in some amazing places, I have never tired of riding in the Peak.

I did a mountain bike orienteering competition local to me on Sunday. Bloody good fun. I came in and handed my chip over so they can download your score. Computer said I was second, so I left happy.

If I had stayed any longer, other competitors would have turned up and pushed me down the ranking. Its a staggerd start.

Life lesson: Quit while you are ahead 🙂
