Alfine 8 32h hub and extras

I have a used Shimano Alfine 8 32h hub gear including a flat-bar shifter, 23t and 19t cogs (both in good condition), 160mm rotor, chain guide and non-turn nuts for horizontal and vertical dropouts.
It is fully working and shifting ok, however has a few issues. The bearings don’t feel great when freewheeling and in hot weather it sometimes leaks oil. I have tried to remedy this but I could never get the preload tight enough to seal perfectly without then restricting movement. If buying for a high milage or high performance bike I would recommend getting it serviced professionally, otherwise it will do fine for a city bike.
