Front and rear Shimano XTR hydraulic brakes (levers, hoses, calipers, pads, rotors).
Possibly 2012ish, maybe.
These were given to me in a poor mechanical state.
The were poorly assembled and the rear had been bled with a green, non Shimano mineral oil (definitely not brake fluid).
I’ve cleaned the units, cleaned the visible parts of the pistons and bled with Shimano mineral oil.
I ran the units for a month on an MTB and the bleed seem to hold just fine.
I took them off the bike about a month ago (June, 2026).
Prior to my fettling I am led to understand that these have had a pretty easy life.
There are some marks on the levers and calipers, but for the age I think they look pretty good.
However.
I dont use or maintain hydraulic brakes and I cant guarantee these units are now all fixed, so they may only be good for parts. Or they may last another 10 years….

2 x Shimano 6 bolt “IceTech” 180mm – Slightly used.
1 x Shimano 6 bolt “IceTech” 180mm – New.
Hoses:
2 x Braided hoses (Front & Rear) – Clearly used.
1 x Shimano SM-BH90-SBM hose (1700mm) – New.
