New 2025 range of Singletrack merch out now

by 28

We’ve been busy tracking down the best quality clothing we could find to add our logo to to create our new line of merchandise for you.

The quality of the clothing is the priority for us. Our clothing is less about promoting Singletrack and more about offering some excellent gear that you will want to wear day in day out. What we have here is our subtle range. We’ve not gone big on the flashy logo branding to keep things understated for you. For those with more gregarious tastes, we’ll have another range coming out in the near future.

Our suppliers

Our gear is printed for us by a local company who specialise in sustainable and environmental production. The inks they use are vegan and the packaging is plastic free and recyclable. They create each item to order and despatch it directly to you. This means we can offer a dramaticly increased range of gear in multiple colours as we are not holding the stock or putting in large bulk orders. Since at the time you place your order your merch doesn’t actually exist it does mean it will take a few extra days to get to you while it’s being printed or embroidered.

In the majority of cases the garments we are using are sourced from a Belgian manufacturer who specialise in organics and recycled materials. The quality is super high and they are as ethical and sustainable a supplier as we could find. The test samples we made up have all been snaffled away by the Singletrack team.

Supports us

Our merch satisfies two important functions for us.

It creates a new revenue stream to supplement the ever shrinking traditional advertising market and it creates a really nice range of gear we can use to promote our number one priority which is subscriptions. Whatever the reasons we have for our merch, you buying it and wearing it helps us keep Singletrack online and running smoothly.

Having a print on demand merch supplier has a lot of advantages but it’s not perfect. Because every order is effectively a one off custom order we don’t get the benefit of bulk order discounts as we would if we ordered hundreds of items and held them in stock. This means our margins are tight and our options on discounting are minimal. That said, we are always looking for ways to add value for our members and where we can we will offer the best options and deals to you guys.

Members perks

If you are a full member be that digital only or print & digital – either annual or bi-monthly, then we have you covered. That is we cover the cost of your postage on everything in our range. Not a full member yet? Then postage is calculated at checkout after you tell us where it’s going.

That’s enough of the background. Let’s have a look at what we have. Click and browse as there’s quite a lot of colour choices for most items.

Click on the options button to see more and check out the colour options.

Reading the first few paragraphs all I can think is “these are gonna be expensive…” 😉

    Looks good though!

I might have tempted by an actual bike jersey but maybe that’s not available under the print-on-demand model?

Some technical riding t-shirts are planned. We have to get them for quality first. The are wicking polyester and will be long and short sleeved. More warm weather or base layer in function rather than a traditional ride jersey.

Cool. I await with interest. It would be nice to recognise other STWers on the trails.

A small STW id sticker on the bike would be nice 🙂

Would anyone be interested in personalised STW merch? Username on a T-shirt? With print on demand it’s the sort of thing that’s becoming feasible.

Hi, I’ve just looked at getting a hoodie but can’t make out the sizing. I’m a larger chap and looking at 2XL, how are the measurements made and from where?

    A diagram would be better.

All the sizing details including diagrams are on the description tab for each hoodie now.

Any chance of a t-shirt with the logo rather than the writing?

If you return it to us ready to resell ie you’ve not washed it or wrapped your dog in it, then we’ll swap it. We are ready for this in that we expect to build up a limited stock in the office from returns. Initially we’ll need to reorder your new size for you but over time we’ll be able to handle exchanges from stock we hold at the office.

    Mug Review

Perfect size for me. I quite like a small cup of tea so this smaller version is great. It’s quality over quantity for me.

The blue accents of the mug (there are 3 colours to choose from) set off the crisp white beautifully and the logo is fresh and exhibits ‘pop-age’.

It feels lovely in the hand and is a perfect fit in me gob. It rails chamomile, is stable in the air and is literally compliant.

    Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent news. I’m going to add that it’s perhaps a little smaller than a standard mug to the description. I love mine. It’s perfect for flat white coffees I reckon.

    Glad you like it 🙂

Commission gratefully received. You didn’t need to do that, it’s appreciated. Thank you. 😀

Long sleeved technical ride jersey/base layer now in the shop. These are very soft and comfortable and styled so you can wear it as much off the bike as on.

    Short sleeved coming soon.

Having been here for around 15 years or so, and having lived much of my cycling life along with the forum, I’m looking forward to buying some kit.

I have been a magazine subscriber since 1, and a paid up forum member throughout, and it’s been worth every penny for the friends I have made and the advice and guidance I have picked up along the way.

It is sad that as technology has evolved, the user experience of the forum has struggled to keep up.

I have pitched in to the sticky thread on the forum failings a few times, though it seems to fall on deaf ears, at lease in relation to actual improvements.

Hoping very much to see things onto a stable and progressive path soon, and some new swag in my cupboard for Christmas !

I thought the mug said ‘Rad decisions…’

Ooh I like the look of the long-sleeve jerseys.

One suggestion @Mark – could you make it easier to tell which colour is which? I know which one I like in the pictures, but not in the colour drop down.

I’ll do my best. The images and colours are imprted directly from our supplier’s system but I can add to it.

Much appreciated! Even if you could add the colour name to the image or make ’em be in the same order that would help.

If you select a size first, each time you select a colour the image will change to show you the colour. Not obvious I grant you. I’ll work on adding a colour key in addition.

How thin or thick the new technical shirts are? I am looking for replacement for old Berghaus t-shirts which are bit thicker and more durable than most current models.
