Last Day for Wales

by 2

You have TODAY to make your point known to the Welsh Government in its consultation about outdoor access and, if the story is to be believed, there have been more responses to this issue than there were to the consultation on the health service in Wales. Bear in mind that not everyone is keen on access for all, so if you think that Wales needs to adopt a more Scottish approach to land use, then get heard!

Here’s the CTC’s page with their online tool Click here to tell the Welsh Gov’t how great mountain bike access would be for Wales

Sam Jones, CTC campaigner commenting on the record number of responses said:

“If reports are true, it only goes to show that popular consensus believes the current outdated laws on off-road access need to change – even more so than the current health system! Trails for Wales has acted as a powerful tool for the whole cycling community. Our voice has been heard and now it’s time to roll up our sleeves and work with the Welsh Government to ensure there is fair access for everyone.”
