It’s not every day that a new suspension manufacturer comes along, sure there are new models every year but a whole new company? Well, that’s pretty rare.
EOS Racing Products may be a new name but the people behind it have a long history in the bike business and lets just say what they don’t know about suspension design probably isn’t worth knowing. Mike Dunn from EOS got in touch to let us know what’s what, and here’s what they have to say for themselves:
The hearts and minds of the people at EOS are centered in the bike industry. Our strengths as a suspension manufacturer come from our hands on experience and our dedication. We spend a great deal of our time in the field with enthusiast riders, pro competitors, OEMs and distributors. This has given us a strong understanding of our market worldwide.
EOS’s foundation is built on Product Design, our Manufacturing and Operational Skill and our commitment to Customer Service. The suspension company with the most forward thinking, innovative and usable designs, has the ability to move the entire mountain bike market. The EOS product design team has been helping shape the technology of the market for more than 10 years. By striking out on our own, we have the opportunity to make a greater impact now than ever before.
EOS does not desire to become the largest mountain suspension company, selling the most units worldwide. We want to be the customer’s choice when they look for a quality product, which they can depend on to perform, every time. The EOS team has the skills and ability to be this company.
We’ve been promised more information on the company very soon and an exclusive look at the products as soon as they appear, so keep tuned to this channel, but from what we’ve heard about the products EOS is a company to keep an eye on.

I suspect that, with prices rising skyward, this just means another set of nice suspension goodies that most people can’t afford in the current economic climate!
So if they’ve got a history of OEM construction who did / do they build for? Would give us some idea of what they’re capable of and what they’ve produced in the past.
do VW not want a word about names?

Are they UK based?
Google’s got nothing
Kinda reminded me of .

is it me or does this smell a bit?
“Singletrack proudly introduce EOS Racing Products, an all new suspension manufacturer”
seems a bit of an over the top introduction when
“We’ve been promised more information on the company very soon and an exclusive look at the products as soon as they appear, so keep tuned to this channel, but from what we’ve heard about the products EOS is a company to keep an eye on.”
This isn’t really news reporting, is it guys, it looks more like an endorsement.
was about to say they souded a bit like bos…even the logo there is similar.
Can’t seem to find a website for them, not even just one with a holding page on it.
That PR doesn’t exactly fill you full of hope like they intended it to, does it. I guess they were going for the ‘teasing you with the promise of something great’ tone of voice and didn’t quite make it.
Google still has nothing and even extensive forum delving only brings back this result (and a couple of unrelated things from a road bike company back in 2004).
Any comment from STW types about a possible website? Surely the press release had to come from somewhere…
It’s ok, we can wait until after deadline 🙂
