i know this is the wrong forum but I’m a mountainbiker first and foremost, so be it!

I’m looking to rebuild my roadbike with a better frame and I’ve got no idea where to start enquiring.

I’m a small girl (1.61m) and i’m looking for a frame+fork for around 1600 pounds (or under 2000 euros).
I’d like carbon but could be persuaded otherwise.

Can you think of any manufacturer I could look at ?
