I'm after the knowledge on trails away from the Ladybower-Hope Valley-Edale golden triangle. Ridden lots here and though Potato alley*/Beast/Hagg/Jacob's/Cut Gate etc, etc all five-star and the Stanage stuff good too, I want to ride some new-to-me trails, that are on the Sheffield side of t'Peak. I want quick-to-get-to or cycleable from Sheff without silly road miles. I have the Vertebrate White Peak & it indicates that there is some good stuff south of Dronfield (Linacre) but sometimes they are a bit hit'n'miss… any good stuff around Froggatt/Chatsworth/Grindleford? Also Rivelin Valley stuff? Any cheekiness that you would (not) recommend having (not) sampled it?

*what tnuc fly-tipped a load of old carpet here?! I emailed the Park Authority to alert them, not sure if they do clean-up stuff

the fly tipping has been reported to the council – was the farmer i think in the snow trying to get up the alley
