    I want to build myself a disc brake front road wheel for my commute.
    Has to be 700C and planning to use a 32H Shimano Deore front disc Hub that I have already. I’m looking for recommendations on a good value rim <£35. Also let me know about any foreseen problems.

    Open pro or open sport should cope. Anything eyeletted should last the millenia.

    Second the Mavic Open Sports. Got ’em on my CX bike and never had a problem. Slightly wider then Open Pros if you want a chunkier tyre, and a lot cheaper.
