He's over the pond for the Tour of Ireland so perhaps he's popped over to stock up on Buckfast ?

Would absolutely love to go but a 20 mile ride into work then a ride with Lance and a 20 mile ride home would kill me

Where abouts in Paisley is the ride starting just in case I escape from the office (can't access twitter at work)- any other ride details such as route, distance, etc.

  26. dirtygirlonabike - Member

jimmy - what train are you getting? i'd be going from edinburgh...

    Posted 2 years ago #
  27. 2tyred - Member

I'm just about to leave the office in Glasgow, ride home on the commuter, change, get the road bike and head for Paisley!

Lance-schmance, its a boss-sanctioned bike ride during work time!

(I knew getting him into riding would pay off)

dgoab - i'd be heading from Haymarket in about 30 mins. Dunno if I can be bothered. Have work to do and that. Hmmmm.... you going?

    Posted 2 years ago #
  31. dirtygirlonabike - Member

hmm i could just about make it at a push - i'm at work and would have to rush home etc to get bike. i'm not sure, i'd like too, but...

    Posted 2 years ago #
  32. jimmy - Member

yeah me too. I'm not going, though. Too much else to do. If he wants to meet me he'll have to come to Edinburgh next time

Plus, I went out training last night and my legs are tired, so wouldn't want to embarrass myself by letting him beat me.

    Etc

    Go for it. I would

    'pishin' wet midweek day'

It's not pishing it down in the south side of Glasgow, greyish sky and a light shower about 10 minutes ago. Doubt Paisley is any different.

Can someone please le me know the ride details. Thanks.
