*Happily coincidentally both the noise of a tractor’s wheels along a badly maintained country road, and the noise middle aged Gammon’s make when the story line involves Pip or Lilly….

What!!! Have you missed Jennifer’s slow meltdown over the sale/non-sale of the Home Farm house. Or the glorious moment when Kate realised that she has, potentially, made herself homeless and is condemned to live in a yurt. Or the rumbling quasi-romance between Tom and the organic juice woman. Or the curious Pip / Toby / Rex triangle. Or the fact that Shula has clearly gone a little doolally. Or… I mean, waddya want, the return of Rob Titchener maybe. Or Tony being gored by a bull again? Hmmm…

I listen to the omnibus version on Sundays and recently I’m conscious of it just washing over me and nothing is really grabbing my attention!  The Rob thing was good but it dragged on a little bit too long for me.

It’s funny but as I’ve grown up with the archers I actually do see them as real people rather than actors so no idea who that baron is but sad that he has also passed.
