Excellent service, had a headset that went weird, got a phone call and discounted replacement for obsolete model. They’ll get that cash back because I’ll buy Hope in future. And, at least when a Hope hub breaks you can get the bits to fix it.

Never really believed this sort of thread but just got home from work and I’ve a replacement rear ProII hub waiting for me. Only sent the old one to them on Sat. That’s almost unbelievable service and put a huge grin on my face after another poor day in work.
