Servicing my friends forks and can’t see F100 terralogic oil levels. Can see the term remote damper though. Think they are pre 2009 forks.

155ml in the damper. 20ml in bottom of left leg. 5ml float fluid in air chamber.

Thanks, that what I put in, well apart from 30ml in left leg for extra lubrication. Next question: They are 100mm forks but only 90mm of stanchion was showing. Took out the 20mm spacer from inside but then only 80mm was showing. Put spacer back in and now 86mm is showing??

Are you qualified to be doing this!? 🙂

Terralogic and Remote are not the same. Remote have the RL damper with a remote lockout, different to the Terralogic ones.

They’re set at the same air pressure? the removal of the spacer should give more travel. Try pumping them to 100psi and them measure.
You’ll loose a bit of travel ( a few mm) with the negative spring (that stops them topping out too hard)
And the 30 ml is fine as there’s space in there and a bit of extra oil’s going to help too 😉

Thanks for the advice. Will take out the spacer and try again. Put 50 psi in before, thought it would be enough to fully extend the fork.

better go to work now and try later.
