    Snapped my derailleur hanger on my Orange 5 at Cwmcarn on Thursday night. Ordered a new one (and a spare) from Orange on Friday. Website said it could take up to 14 days for delivery but they would do there best to get it to me sooner. Deliveried 7.30AM by the postie on Saturday morning.
    Very happy customer!
