    Short story-

    Ordered cycling shoes late Sunday night, PX contacted by text and phone Monday morning to say they were out of stock but offered me a more expensive pair for they same price- they arrived 7am this morning.

    Why can't all dealers communicate this well?

    (CyclestoreUK are you listening?- ordered a Wingnut Hyper 3 weeks ago (instock) and still no sign, finally responded to email to say out of stock)
