Found this place by accident. Only found them because Ferndale was booked.

Really nice people and accommodation and not expensive. Barn sleeps 9 and a 3 day weekend was £360. Farm takes 6 apparently.

Generous lounge, plenty of toilets and showers, warm and everything worked.

Offered to taxi our group 3 miles to the pub to save us driving and to pick us up. No charge!

and…..20 yards out of the gate and you are on Mantrap for the final Tarw descents to the centre. Only disadvantages are that Pins and Needles is a bit of a stiff opener for the less technical and not “in the flow” and you have to climb uphill at the finish.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

“3 day weekend” = 2 or 3 nights?

The usual Friday, Saturday and a Sunday if we wanted it.

Log cabins wales at Bronabar, they do rates for 3 days, comfy log cabins, 10 mins up the road from coed y Brenin 🙂

Torrent walk camp site, £6 a night with hot showers and campfires allowed. 😀

We got KGB deal for the pub! Going on Friday woohoo.
