Has anyone has used the Bikesoup website to buy or sell a bike? If you have, can you give me some feedback please. (looking at places to sell my Zesty, 'cos of cost, fleabay is last resort)

Pinkbike is worth trying as well, just make sure you state that you don't want to swap it for a DJ bike or Xbox.

I sold a bike through bikesoup and had a number of queries on another one after I'd sold it via ads elsewhere.
IT was a bit of a slow process though - if you get the price right on here you can sell stuff within a day or two - it was a few weeks on there.
Bikesoup does seem to have a different audience, though.

Bikesoup looked like it could be interesting until it just became another outlet (a la ebay) for retailers to ask silly money for new or demo bikes. Shame.
