I had our leftovers for lunch in a doorstep of crusty bread slavvered in butter and mustard

Cut into thin strips, stir fry, add veg and a sachet of sauce. Rice or noodles. Yummy.

Eat it…any way at all as long as you get to eat it all!

Do a veg curry and throw it in at the last minute to warm up with the sauce but not turn chewy.

Feed it to your chickens.

Don't upset it with rank mustard or horseradish!

If it's rare, slice it thinly and add it to a nice Thai salad.
