So I was out on the trails last weekend after fitting new Zee mech and Race Face narrow wide chainring when the mech suddenly seemed to get dragged into the cassette making some nasty noises, I managed to pull it out but basically it’s a bit twisted up, managed to finish the ride with a few less gears. Bought from CRC going to try and get a warranty replacement any thoughts to why this might happen?

Chain suck?/too much crap in the jockey wheels? Knacked chain?
