I’m not sure I’ve seen the 360* cam used mounted to the side before.

    They’re rather fast this pair.

That was rather excellent in my opinion. Nice new perspective.

Confused as to how they actually did that.

+1, but it was cool and they are soooooo fast

edit: doubly confusing because you can see the shadow of the camera out on an arm but you can’t see the arm 🙂

How the hell did they shoot that??

    Bloody good watch!

That’s a great film and they make it look so simple. The orange and blue bike is very nice, anyone know what it is?

Is it some sort of clever post processing to remove the arm and stabilise it a bit I wonder

Some of the new cameras do all the trickery themselves.
    Like this one…

It’s a GoPro Fusion using Overcapture isn’t it.

Yeah, my mate uses one Windsurf testing. The camera is mounted on a waist harness pole and the software edits out the pole.

Neat vid that. Not often I watch stuff like that, sure looks exciting and fast.. those ebikes have come on a bit haven’t they 🤣

Thanks for that.  That is incredibly slick

It’s pretty impressive riding, but the editing just annoys me rather than adding to it. Now that CGI is so realistic, stuff like that just looks fake to me, so I’m distracted by the editing, not impressed by the riding. Just a plain old helmet cam mounted facing backwards with a single uninterrupted take (and without the silly motorbike sound effects) would be much more impressive to me. It wouldn’t be as slick, but it wouldn’t look fake either.

With a colour scheme like that it could only ever be Intense. Looks like a Carbine.

The camera looks to be filming slow so that everything is speeded up like an old black & white movie.

Kilian Bron rides for Intense 🙂 (I’m aware Hill rides Nukeproof, but it’s not him on it.)

Having seen some of the Insta360 footage, it looks like the first action camera that makes me think it would be worth getting one. So many possibilities for making videos look a bit more interesting as a result of recording the whole seen & then editing it how you want to later on.

Nice video. It doesn’t seem to edit the shadows. I like the camera on the cable through the bushes. That looked fantastic.

    What’s dust?

“Dust” is the technical term for the hazy colouring sometimes caused to the image when your fancy camera edits out the puddles.
