Found this whilst out and about, I initially thought it was a mini torch or bike light but not so. It’s 73mm long, metal (aluminium?), and in two sections which screw together. The shorter section has 2no holes and a brass-coloured spike on the inside which made me think it was a battery holder and it does indeed fit a 18650 battery exactly. The bit I can’t work out is how would it be used, and what for?
