    For that ride I’d be eating a bowl of porridge followed by a three egg omelette…(maybe not as quick and easy as you wish though)..

    To make it quicker , soak oats overnight in orange juice and eat cold , followed by three boiled eggs..

    Bfast of champions… 😀

    Make some flapjack the evening before.. Oats, brown sugar, syrup, butter, peanut butter, raisins, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, chopped nuts etc.. Eat it for breakfast with a banana and a coffee. Portion it up and just keep grazing on it throughout the day. It’s like slow burn rocket fuel and plenty of calories to keep you going..
