butter large ovenproof dish
beat your sugar and butter till nice n creamy n white
add lemon zest n juice it will probably curdle but no problem
beat your eggs in one at a time ( yolks)
then beat in flour and milk, gently
beat your egg whites till snowy peaks and fold in
put in ban marie and bake at 45 mins at 180.

i was wondering who on earth made a rice pudding crumble!

matthewjb hes going to make it tomorrow when he’s got more eggs, because its much nicer than rice pudding. lol
