Oh, and how easy is it to do?

I’m a competant bike fettler, have just never undertaken this job.

I have a knackered ole pair of Fox forx on my Rocky Mountain SS, and they weep a bit from the right hand leg. Rather than spend any real money on them am happy to just top up the oil.

Is it as easy as removing the top cap adjuster or is it more involved?

    Thanks for any advice.

BTW it is pretty easy job to do, oil for the dampper is added at the bottom of the right leg. Not sure how easy it is to replace the oil seals etc.

    Wow that guide is brill!

Makes me think I should take my F100s apart before selling em, and after the troubles I’ve had with my brakes it doesn’t look so bad at all…

They are pretty easy to service. Less of an excuse not to do it regularly too!
