Finish line Assembly Paste if it’s not going to be moved very often as it allows relly low clamping pressures, or just a light smear of any grease replenished every so often if its going to be raised/lowered.

i used park anti sieze once.
don’t make that mistake, collects a horrible sticky layer of muck.
use a light grease thats easy to wipe off the exposed bits of seat tube.

Probably yep, I use the cheep Coma stuff from halfords, just remember to take it out and give it a wipe and poke take the seatpost out of the frame to let it dry after a wet ride.

I’m using the carlube lithium grease and it’s fine, if you get any slippage just use any a small bit of chalk to help grip it.
