Cracking day around Balqhidder – Roady gravelly stepping stoney ride with Mrs_oab and middle_oab, then caught up Eldest_oab slapping some turns and boosting some jumps up the Glen. Gravelduro?

Quite fancy going up there.  Was going to take boy 1 to calendar estate for a gentle pedal but fell asleep after work this morning lol.

Sadly a DIY day today, so virtual riding watching world champs, in between a new floor…

Fancied a play day after the Coast to Coast so we went up Greno Woods for the morning. Also had a play with the slow mo mode on my new phone

Cartoon skies over the county borders. There was a B17 booming around the horizon as well. Glorious.

Also, every single car I came across on the tarmac sections en route, from behind and from in front, was scrupulously polite. Glorious day out.

CW125 Sportive today. I did the 125km route, that’s actually 137km after the laps of Oulton Park. I’m hurting; it’s the furthest I’ve ever ridden on a bike.

I have taken zero pictures this weekend but today I have watched my nine year old grasp the basics of bermed corners. Brilliant to follow him seeing his speed going up with each one (and wondering if it would end in A&E!).
