Hi guys, i'm after a turbo trainer that's good value and will give a good workout with varying levels of resistance. Any recommendations and ideas where to buy from will be gratefully considered.

Go to ebay or classifieds on here. Lots of people buy them use a few times and realise its not for them. Look for tacx, elite, cyclops amongst others.
